February 25th – Run Down

February 25, 2010

For the past couple of days, I’ve been thinking that I’m starting to get sick but I’ve yet to get sick.  I’ve been feeling run down all week and it’s effected my running.  I skipped my run last night and, instead, ran this morning.  It wasn’t much fun at all.  My legs, knees, and ankles were sore the whole time.  I only made it a half mile before having to walk and only made it a mile and a half before I was done.    I think the combination of eating less and working out more is taking it’s toll.

WTG on being drug free! Keep it up. My prayers are with you. Hang in there with your running. It sounds like you are in a rough spot, but hang in.
    Happy running,
    Rundad
