November 19th – A Great Thursday

November 19, 2009

I slept in a bit again this morning so I didn’t make it to the gym.  I had a great day at work today.  It was busy but I was able to finish off  a few of the projects I have been working on.  In addition I finished a project I have been working on the side so I was able to send an invoice.  I am excited because I am going to use the cash to make some travel plans for Las Vegas.

I called my girls after work but couldn’t reach them.  I instead hit the gym for a really good run and some weight lifting.  I ran the planned three miles.  It was a good time and I left feeling exhausted.

After the workout I went home and made some home-made pasta and pesto.  It was perfect after a good workout. Yum!

Thanks for stopping by! I am having the same issue. It seems like there are just never enough hours in the day. I keep thinking that my solution is to get up earlier and work out in the morning. The only problem is that I am really not much of a morning person and the “getting up” part is hard.

It’s kind of like playing with play-doh. Tasty play-doh!

Glad to see your still working out. I joined the gym also a few days ago. I got bored with my home workout. Keep up the good work!
